We are committed to proclaiming the good news that salvation is the free gift of God to those who believe in Jesus.  We also seek to motivate and equip believers to minister to one another and to give the Good News to the people around them.

Vallejo Bible Church is an independent church.

Our church is a member of the IFCA International, an association of churches committed to working together to preserve, defend and proclaim the fundamental teachings of the Scripture.

We believe the Scriptures are the final authority.  We believe they are without error in the original writings and that they came from God Himself.

We are committed to teaching the whole Bible, not just the parts that are appealing.   For this reason, we often study a whole book of the Bible together, examining each verse and applying every part to our lives.

Why do we call ourselves fundamentalists?

We are fundamentalists because we believe that certain teachings are foundational and essential.

1.  The authority and infallibility of the Scriptures.
2.  Jesus is both God and man; being born of God by a virgin birth.
3.  Jesus' death is sufficient to pay the penalty for all sin.  God's forgiveness is a gift received without merit on the basis of faith in Jesus.
4.  Jesus literally resurrected from the dead.
5.  Jesus will literally return to judge the nations and establish a righteous kingdom on earth.
