The Goal of Starting New Churches is to establish a ministry that is:
- self-supporting
- self-governing
- self-instructing
- self-growing
with their own place of worship
This goal has been reached at Sacramento Bible Church for the Deaf.
With the help of Sacramento Bible Church for the Deaf and Vallejo Bible Church, Vallejo Bible Church for the Deaf began in 2000 with monthly ASL services. While still in the early stages of development, OUR GOAL is to develop into an independent deaf church with our own place of worship.
