The Ladies' Tuesday Prayer
Meeting
- Ladies meet every Tuesday
at noon for lunch. The meetings are held in homes or at the
church. All ladies are invited to attend. When meeting in a
home a complete lunch is served. When meeting at the church each
individual brings a sandwich and dessert is served by one of the ladies.
A short Bible Study is followed by prayer time. The ladies divide
into groups so each can pray. We pray for every member of the
congregation, our missionaries and for special needs.
- Several times a year we have an
all-hostess luncheon at the church when each lady brings a dish.
Once
a quarter we eat out at a restaurant
- When available we have a special speaker.

- II Timothy 2:1 I urge, then, first of all, that requests,
prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone--
2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful
and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.
3 This is good, and pleases God our Savior,
4 who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the
truth.
5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the
man Christ Jesus,
