Deaf Church

Vallejo Bible Church for the Deaf is a place where the Deaf can hear God’s Word in their own language. Romans 10:14 says, “How shall they hear without a preacher?” We believe the best way to communicate God’s truth to the Deaf is in a church where God’s word is taught in American Sign Language (ASL).

We believe the Bible is God’s Word. God wants deaf people to know what the Word of God teaches, what God says about going to heaven, and how to live right.

We are a missionary church plant sponsored by Vallejo Bible Church. It is our goal to establish this church by evangelism, discipleship, and leadership training. We desire to have a Deaf church led by Deaf leaders and teachers.

We are a friendly group, and would love to have you come and visit us. All church services are in ASL, and voice interpreting is provided for hearing people. Be sure to check out our Calendar of Events!

Will You Go To Heaven?

The Bible says there is only one way to get to Heaven. We cannot get to Heaven by trying to live the best we can. We cannot get to Heaven by doing good things. There is only one way to get to Heaven – Jesus is the way to Heaven. (John 14:6)

Here are a few things you must know:

  • All people are sinners – The Bible says there is no person who is righteous (Romans 3:10). Everyone has done bad things!

  • All sin must be punished – Romans 6:23 says “the wages of sin is death.” This death is punishment in the Lake of Fire forever.

  • Eternal life is a free gift – God loved us (John 3:16) and sent Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. Jesus paid for our sins. Salvation is a free gift (Romans 6:23).

  • We must believe that what God has said is true – If we believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, we will be saved (Acts 16:31).
